Jungian Coaching honors the process of personal development that Carl Jung described as individuation: the lifelong journey toward wholeness and self-realization.
Thus, rather than basing our work together on ego-driven goals (for example, to avoid, fix, or overcome a problem), we choose to see the desired outcome(s) in terms of the individuation process. Our focus will be on connecting you to the meaning and purpose in your own life.
-
From a Jungian perspective, the challenges we encounter in life are invitations to become more whole.
Are you feeling burned-out?
Are you having difficulty with a relationship?
Are you feeling uninspired with your day-to-day responsibilities?
Are you feeling stuck in your job or career?
Are you longing for more authenticity, meaning, or joy?
If any of these are true for you, Jungian coaching can offer a powerful, practical way to connect with the hidden strengths and resources within you.

We will explore the “deeper call” showing up in your current life circumstances and seek to listen to what the Soul wants.
-
The Soul expresses itself in many ways — though sometimes only as a whisper! Through the coaching process, we will tune in to your inner guide and follow the hints. We’ll be listening to emotions, intuitions, bodily reactions, dreams, synchronicities, and the imagination.
-
The Soul’s longings will point you in a direction, but what may be holding you back from moving in that direction?
We will explore personal and collective history, cultural factors, relevant myths, and archetypal patterns. By understanding the deeper currents in your life, you’ll be better able to make choices in service of the Soul. Along the way, we’ll continue listening to the inner knowing that’s being expressed through your dreams, emotions, imagination, etc.
To apply this wisdom in your day-to-day life, it’s likely that something will need to be let go, so that something new can emerge. This process can be transformative!
