Learn powerful, practical ways to access your inner world.
Small-group Events for 2026
As we tune in to the language of the soul, we’re featuring three workshop series for 2026:
Exploring mysteries of the dream world
Developing the capacity of “sacred seeing”
Reconnecting with nature to remember who we are
What Are Your Dreams Telling You?
A monthly dream circle to explore the mysteries of the dream world
Each meeting includes time for learning one or two essential principles of dreamwork, followed by a guided discussion where participants have the option of sharing a recent dream. Together, we practice applying the dreamwork principles to explore possible layers of meaning.
The dream circle meets in person the third Saturday morning of every month, 10am to noon. Join us for one, some, or all twelve sessions through the year.
A Jungian approach to Visio Divina (“sacred seeing”)
In each session, we engage with a range of visual art, not simply to study its imagery but to encourage seeing with the unconscious.
Using different collections of art each month, we will harness the power of images to be mirrors for the soul — reflecting our inner world, our shadow aspects, and the archetypal patterns that connect our personal experience to broader human themes. This process of “sacred seeing” can facilitate deeper self-awareness and personal transformation, ultimately guiding the soul toward wholeness.
This group meets the second Sunday of every month, 1 to 2:30pm. Join us for one, some, or all twelve sessions through the year.
Art as a Mirror for the Soul
Reconnect with the natural world and your inner nature
By noticing the signs of the seasons, movements in the night sky, and the presence of plants and creatures in the natural world all around us, we can reconnect to our inner nature as well.
We meet in person the first or second Saturday morning of every month, 10am to noon. Join us for one, some, or all twelve sessions! These workshops feature expressive artmaking, active imagination, embodiment, storytelling, and music.
This series of workshops is inspired by The Rewilding Yearbook (Maddy Winterbrook and Eleanor Cheetham, 2025).
