Rewild Yourself Month By Month

Join us for one, some, or all twelve monthly sessions through the year.

  • REWILD YOURSELF: January

    Saturday, January 10, 2026 (10am to noon)

In January, we’ll connect to powerful symbols of the winter season – the rowan tree, the wild wolf, and the north star – to explore themes of strength, protection, instinct, and visioning:

    * Using the framework of the five elements, (earth, air, fire, water, aether), you’ll have an opportunity to explore what your soul is seeking in the quiet, dark season of winter.

    * We’ll walk alongside wolves in stories and mythology to connect with the wild wolf spirit and find out what it may reveal about our own instinctual ground.

    * As an alternative to the typical resolution and goal-setting of the new year, we’ll try gentle dreaming and set up ways to protect the tender new shoots of our vision until spring arrives.

  • REWILD YOURSELF: February

    Saturday, February 7, 2026 (10am to noon)

In February, we’ll connect to powerful symbols of the coming spring season – snowdrop flowers, the snow moon, and the gentle animal spirit of deer – to explore themes of slow change, the release of old energy patterns, and restorative growth:

    * We’ll identify and nurture “seed” ideas or dreams that you collected from your experience of winter. What is now beginning to emerge and what may be needed in preparation for planting?

    * We’ll walk alongside deer in stories and mythology to discover guidance from the gentle deer spirit for how to approach change soulfully.

    * We’ll step into the archetypal energy of the beginner or initiate and look for what is waiting to be revealed when approached with an attitude of open curiosity.

  • REWILD YOURSELF: March

    Saturday, March 7, 2026 (10am to noon)

In March, we’ll connect to powerful symbols of the arrival of spring – the alder tree, the spring equinox, and the vitality of a wild hare – to explore themes of re-engagement, wayfaring, and balance:

    * We’ll experiment with different ways to establish equilibrium between your lunar and solar energies.

    * We’ll follow the path of the wild hare in stories and mythology to connect with the fertility of the season and explore our own creative potential.

    * By framing the cycle of the year as a quest or pilgrimage of the soul, you’ll have an opportunity to clarify where you are headed and how that is meaningful to you.
