What happens when we create without a goal, outcome, or need to understand?

This slow, meditative art evening invites you to listen inwardly through simple creative gestures, allowing color, texture, and shape to arise naturally. Using accessible materials such as pastels, collage, and watercolor, we’ll explore an inner theme as it wants to unfold, rather than directing it from the mind.

Guided by gentle prompts drawn from expressive arts and depth psychology, we’ll practice letting the hands lead and allowing images to emerge organically. No artistic skill or prior experience is needed. This is not about making something beautiful — it’s about noticing what appears when we slow down and listen.

All materials are provided. Sharing is always optional. Curiosity and presence are enough.
