In this experiential workshop, we'll explore the hidden stories and symbolic meanings that objects can carry. Through guided reflection, expressive arts activities, and small-group conversation, participants will be invited to engage with personal objects in a new way and discover what they may reveal about identity, memory, longing, and transformation.

Each meeting includes time for learning one or two essential principles of dreamwork, followed by a guided discussion where participants have the option of sharing a recent dream. Together, we practice applying the dreamwork principles to explore possible layers of meaning.

The dream circle meets in person the third Saturday morning of every month, 10am to noon. Join us for one, some, or all twelve sessions through the year
